Healthy Sleep

 

   Physicians argue that our health depends on our bed. Our most distant ancestors slept in trees. Scientists think so at least. People feel secure from nighttime predators there. Then a man moved to safer cave, and began to build a secure place eventually. And the first bedding is animal skins. Bedding has evolved since then. It was the mattresses stuffed with hay, leaves, horsehair or cotton. Then it was down duvets and pillows, foam mattresses and blankets made of synthetic fabric. People put these mattresses on the lattices. And modern industry promises to continue the work to create excellent conditions for healthy sleep.
When my husband and I chose the ultra plush mattress set, we were very careful not to repeat our past mistakes. We have found several articles in the magazine about relationship of a healthy sleep and the mattress. There was a good description of the lattices for the bed, as well as the filling for a modern mattress. It is surprisingly, but there are a lot of fillers! They are different and you should understand what will right for you. For example, some people are allergic to down, and some mattresses can be filled with this down. It can lead to an exacerbation of the disease. Therefore the choice of the mattress and the lattice is an art!
   Modern spring mattress is a high-tech specialized unit to sleep. Its design takes into account the anatomical structure of the human body and the doctors’ recommendations. Multilayer structure of a mattress includes pads from natural filler (cotton, felt, horsehair, coconut, or sea grasses), envelope, and a complex system of hundreds of independent springs with special shape made of stainless steel. Assembly and adjustment of this mattress requires careful manual work. Therefore, such mattress cannot be cheap. If you choose foam as a filling for the mattress, then do not expect to get a good sleep. You may begin to feel the pain, spine, joints. You may have symptoms of impaired circulation. In addition, the foam absorbs moisture and holds it for a long time in itself. Therefore, you can feel cold and damp, lying in a bed. Hygienic and excellent thermal expansion material is wool. Its structure allows the skin to breathe. You can buy a wool mattress pad and put it on a foam mattress. You will get a healthy sleep that way.
   Now there are other good synthetic fillers for mattresses, blankets and pillows, for example komforel. It is thin, chemically inert fiber structure with elastic balls form, like pellets of natural wool. Such filler keeps well warm in cold weather and does not hinder heat transfer and air circulation. It never hesitates, it is easy to wash (machine washable is allowed), it dries quickly. Fibers of this filler does not cause allergies, have no smell and does not retain dust. They are not afraid of moths or mildew or dust mites. As well as this mattress combines well with modern lattice on the beds.
